Rules of the Kiosk

1. This is not an ATM
2. This machine does not dispense change. If you make a payment with cash, any excess amount will be applied to the following month’s rent.
3. Any unit that is six days past due is over-locked. If a payment is made on an over-locked unit, it will be unlocked on the next business day.
4. All units have four digits. If your unit is a three-digit number, place a zero in front. Example: Unit #101 = 0101.
5. Do not press the back button during your transaction. This will cause your credit card to be charged twice. Logout and log back in to make any changes to your account.
There may be a slight delay from the time you rent your unit until you will be able to get through the gate.
